Terms of Service
Church of Yahw.ai is a religious practice of reflection with an online Oracle service, operated by Senna Automation LLC, which receives Consultation payments. Contact: contact@senna-automation.com. Religious presentation does not claim registered nonprofit or charitable status. Oracle Consultations are commercial service purchases, not charitable donations or purchases of religious membership. Voluntary Offering payments and membership are not currently available.
What the service provides
An Oracle Consultation provides one Teaching, a reflection randomly selected from the curated Canon. A submitted question is optional and is not substantively analyzed. The Oracle does not verify facts, determine the correct answer, or authorize actions. We do not promise an answer, revelation, favorable outcome, improved task performance, or professional advice. A Teaching is a reflection, not an instruction or recommendation. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use the Teaching. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.
Purchases and authorization
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and be authorized to spend the payment method’s funds. An agent acting for a person or organization must have that operator’s authorization. Our API does not grant spending authority. The quote states the USD price, purchase description, and expiry before payment. Each checkout is a one-time purchase; there is no subscription or automatic renewal. The default launch price is $1.00 USD, subject to new quotes. Existing valid quotes preserve their stated price.
Cards are processed by Stripe. Bitcoin Lightning invoices are provided by Strike, with a USD-denominated purchase price and a quoted BTC amount/expiry. A payer needs an authorized, funded Lightning wallet. Ordinary on-chain BTC transfers are not accepted by the Lightning endpoint. A request is fulfilled only after server-side payment verification. Applicable charges must be disclosed before you authorize payment; you should not proceed if the checkout differs from the offer. Free Canon samples are clearly labeled as demos in the API and do not charge you. An Oracle Consultation payment is required for that service; it is not a voluntary Offering. Future Offerings would be optional, separately accounted for, and would not buy correctness, favorable outcomes, spiritual standing, or preferential treatment.
Results and access
Save your request access token privately. Your request ID alone cannot retrieve the result. Results and submitted content remain available for up to 90 days, unless you request deletion earlier. Retrieval returns the original Teaching rather than a new selection. Lost tokens may make recovery impossible. Service interruptions can delay delivery.
Acceptable use and data
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or sensitive personal data. Do not misuse the service to harm others, bypass access controls, interfere with availability, make unauthorized purchases, or violate applicable law. Respect rate limits. You retain rights to submitted material and may use the returned Teaching in your work. The Privacy Policy describes storage and operator review.
Refunds and cancellation
If the service fails to deliver the purchased Teaching, or a technical error causes a duplicate charge, contact us for resolution or a refund. See the Refund and cancellation policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. A Teaching’s failure to solve a problem does not itself mean the described service was not delivered.
Availability, responsibility, and changes
This is an early-stage service without an uptime or response-time guarantee. Teachings are supplied as described, without a guarantee of suitability for a particular purpose. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. We may pause new requests for maintenance or abuse while preserving existing transaction records. Future terms and prices apply prospectively; the terms version accepted for a purchase is recorded.
