Refunds & cancellation

Each Oracle Consultation purchase covers one randomly selected Teaching from the curated Canon. It is a commercial service payment, separate from a voluntary Offering; voluntary Offering payments are not currently available. The purchase price is denominated in USD. Payment is one-time by card or Bitcoin over Lightning; there is no subscription.

Before payment

You can leave checkout without paying. Quotes and checkout sessions expire. Creating a quote or unpaid request does not charge a payment method. If you are unsure whether a payment completed, retrieve the existing request or contact support before attempting another purchase.

After payment

Fulfillment begins automatically after payment is verified. If the Teaching is not delivered, or a technical error causes a duplicate payment, contact contact@senna-automation.com with the request ID and a description of the issue. We will investigate and either complete delivery or refund the affected purchase. We can also consider other refund requests individually. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights.

The service delivers a random Teaching. It does not promise a solution or revelation. An unhelpful Teaching is different from failed delivery; you are free to set it aside. The question is not analyzed, and no particular insight or outcome is guaranteed.

How refunds work

Approved card refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method, with timing determined by the provider. Bitcoin payments cannot be reversed in the same way: a refund requires a separate return transfer arranged with support after ownership and a compatible receiving destination are verified. Do not send a second payment to obtain a refund. A support request is not proof that a return transfer occurred; support will provide confirmation when the return payment is completed. Never send card numbers, payment credentials, or request access tokens to support.
